London Bridge Station
Sweet Express
The project in brief.
A confectionery and ice-cream kiosk at London Bridge station, fitted out from an empty unit. Full-height pick-and-mix walls, illuminated signage, a serving counter with chilled display and an ice-cream station.
Station fit-outs run to strict access windows, so the joinery was built off site and installed overnight.
